Charlotte’s Critters does not offer off-leash walks or dog park visits
All information about your pet’s health, medications, temperament, and potential triggers must be disclosed at the initial Meet & Greet
An additional liability waiver must be signed for pets with unsupervised access to the outdoors (ex. doggie doors, indoor-outdoor cats)
Cats and dogs should be rabies vaccinated in accordance with your individual county guidelines (Madison, Jersey, or Macoupin).

Clients can earn free 30-minute services by referring their friends and family to Charlotte’s Critters!
- New referrals must book and complete an initial Meet and Greet
- Each completed Meet and Greet = one free service
- No limit on number of referrals or earned free services!

Rescheduling or altering services incurs no fees
Day-of cancellations for individual walks or day visits incur a 20% fee
Cancellation of Recurrent Bookings, Overnight Pet Sitting, or Extended Day Visits with less than 7 days notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Any remaining service payment received will be refunded.

Standalone bookings are invoiced at time of booking.
Weekly, recurring bookings are invoiced every Friday. Recurrent booking payment is due by midnight Saturday.
Invoices under $100 must be paid within 24 hours of service completion.
For invoices of $100+, 50% of payment is due before the start of services. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours of service completion.
An additional fee of $10/day will be charged for each day an invoice remains unpaid. Fee will be waived if an alternative payment plan is discussed.

All travel within a 10 mile radius is included in Charlotte’s Critters’ base pricing.
A mileage fee of $0.50 / mile will be charged after 10 miles
